Mayhem Menu is an independent sole trader operating the store at mayhemmenu.mysellauth.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Order information — your email address, the products you bought, amounts, timestamps and order IDs.
Payment information — handled by our payment providers. For card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App payments, Stripe processes and stores the payment details and we receive only a confirmation plus limited data such as the card brand and last four digits. For Bitcoin and Litecoin we see the blockchain transaction and amount. We never receive or store your full card number.
Account information — if you create an account, your email address and login credentials, managed by our store platform, SellAuth.
Support information — anything you send us in a ticket, by email or on Discord, including your Discord username if you contact us there.
Technical information — IP address, browser and device details, and basic usage data collected automatically when you visit the store.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Bitcoin and Litecoin transactions are recorded on public blockchains, which we do not control and cannot edit or delete.
We keep order records for as long as we need them to provide support and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Support conversations are kept while they remain useful for resolving your issue and handling any later dispute, then deleted.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do so unless we are legally required to keep it, for example transaction records needed for tax. To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you used to order, or open a ticket on Discord.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and rely on Stripe and SellAuth for payment and account security. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.
The store uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your cart and currency, and keep the site working. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the store may stop working.
Our store is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
