1. Digital products
Everything we sell is digital and delivered instantly. Because a key is usable
the moment it reaches you, we cannot accept returns in the ordinary sense.
This policy sets out exactly when we will and will not refund.
2. When you get a refund
If a product does not work and we cannot fix it for you, you get your money back.
You are eligible if:
- the product does not function as described on its product page; and
- you report it within 7 days of purchase; and

you give us a fair chance to troubleshoot with you, including sending any
information or screenshots we ask for.
If we cannot get it working, you choose: a replacement key or a full refund.
3. When you do not get a refund
- You changed your mind, or bought the wrong product or duration.

You do not meet a requirement stated on the product page — for example,
the Mayhem Menu requires Macho to inject.
- You want it to work on a server we do not list as supported.

You shared, resold or leaked your key, in breach of our Terms of Service.
- You will not work with support, or go silent during troubleshooting.
- You report the problem more than 7 days after purchase.
4. How to request one
Open a ticket on Discord at discord.gg/mayhemMenu, or email
[email protected]. Include your order ID and the email
address you used at checkout, and describe what is happening. Requests without
an order ID take longer, because we have to locate your order manually.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned the way you paid.

Stripe payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App)
go back to the original payment method. Your bank typically takes a few
business days to show it.

Bitcoin and Litecoin are refunded in the same coin, to a
wallet address you provide. We refund the amount we received in that coin —
we cannot compensate for exchange-rate movement between your purchase and
the refund, and the network fee is deducted.
6. Chargebacks
Please talk to us first; almost everything is sorted within a day. Opening a
chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us will result in all your keys
being revoked and a permanent ban from the store, and we will contest the
dispute with our delivery records. This does not affect your right to dispute
a genuinely unauthorised transaction.
