Mayhem Menu ("we", "us", "our") is operated by an independent sole trader. These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of any product sold through mayhemmenu.mysellauth.com (the "Store"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or older and are legally able to enter into this agreement.
We sell digital products for use with FiveM, including software access keys and related tools. Everything is delivered electronically; nothing physical is shipped.
Our products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, FiveM, Discord, Valve, or any server operator. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for the duration purchased. You may not:
Keys found to be shared, leaked or resold may be revoked without refund.
You are solely responsible for how you use our products, and for ensuring your use complies with the rules and terms of any third-party service, game or server you use them on. Third-party services are outside our control and may change their systems, rules or enforcement at any time. Any assistance we provide in connection with such changes is described in our support and refund policies.
Products are delivered automatically once payment is confirmed, to the email address you provide at checkout and to your customer dashboard. Please make sure your email address is correct — we are not responsible for delivery to an address entered incorrectly.
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App payments are processed by Stripe. We also accept Bitcoin and Litecoin. We never receive or store your full card details.
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any network, exchange or transaction fees on cryptocurrency payments.
If something is wrong with your order, contact us first — most issues are resolved within a day. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us will result in immediate revocation of all keys and licences on your account and a permanent ban from the Store, and we will contest the dispute using our delivery records. This does not affect your right to dispute a genuinely unauthorised transaction.
We do not guarantee that products will be available or fully functional without interruption. Compatibility can change without notice as third-party software updates. We may update, change or discontinue a product at any time.
Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You use them at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of accounts, progress, data or goodwill.
We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these terms, abuse our staff or support channels, attempt to defraud us, or open a payment dispute in breach of section 8.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Store or our products after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any statutory consumer right you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
